Things have been going good, we have been working on our barn and finishing the front paddock which is also my riding arena. I have been working with comet so that has been going better then expected. Dakota's getting big, she's such a character. She will take eggs from our chicken coop and not even break them.
Been riding in the saddle more. Friend says's she sees so much more confidence in me then she has ever seen. Even rode Asinaway yesterday. I tacked her up, lunged her, then rode her walk trot. I dident ride long because it was so hot, but just enough. Like i said before i love riding her. Her trot is so smooth, and so nice to ride. She takes care of me even if she was a bit hyper yesterday i know that she was being gentle with me.
But i am so glad we have finished most of the barn and have finished the Paddock for forever. It's very nice and roomy, and i finally turned half of the barn into a run in. So i will feel so much better when it rains ans snows. I will know that they will go in if they feel like it.
So that's basically it around the farm. Been doing little projects and such. It's chilly today, signaling fall is coming.
